BOC Will Most Likely Increase Rates

There has been a lot of talk lately about possible rate increases in the media.  Not only that, some lenders have been emailing me to advise me that there is a really good chance that rates will move next week.

That means that if you have a variable rate mortgage your rate may go up next week.  In turn, you can expect higher mortgage payments.

Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have.  You may want to take a look at a fixed rate if you are worried about future increases.

Stay tuned... I will send out a rate update next week.
