Want to Buy a House? Have you Been Turned Down by the Bank?

Have you been turned down by the bank? Just because you may have been turned down by the bank doesn't mean you don’t qualify for a mortgage.

I don't want to lead you to believe all bank and non-bank mortgage associates are the same. But, some of them lack the experience to properly qualify someone. Not only that, some offer only that banks product which means you may be in fact be declined due to a quirky lending rule that the bank has.

I recently had a client who fell victim to this. They were turned down by the bank. In a very short period of time I was able to determine that yes they did qualify and that the clients could go with only 5% down on their purchase and get the absolute best rates available.

In short you need to use a mortgage broker to get pre-approved and approved. We use our large network of lenders to find a lender whose criteria you do fit under. I cannot guarantee that we will be able to find a lender but will exhaust all of our resources trying. Not only that, if you do not get approved I will help you figure out what it is going to take to get you there. I will help you rebuild your credit and come up with a plan.
