CMHC Sends another message

Another blow to the mortgage industry... These recent changes will impact the self employed along with people looking to buy a 2nd home.   My personal opinion, CMHC is on its way out of the mortgage insuring business which could eventually lead to 20% down(or more) in all cases.  http://bit.ly/S2FnE4
