You know it's big when they announce an announcement. What do you think they will be announcing? I can only guess but with rising prices on homes and low rates I think whatever it is, it will be a little more difficult to buy a house. There is speculation that the minimum down payment required for a purchase will be 10% up from the 5% required now.
