Mortgage Porting

Did you know that you may be able to port your mortgage when you sell and buy another house?  You should check with your existing mortgage lender when you are selling and buying.  As a mortgage broker, I don't get paid for this (unless we increase the mortgage) but will gladly help you with this as it is easier for you then dealing with the lender's directly most times.  If you need help with porting please let me know.
